Stone description: Apatite is unique for its wide colour variety; it occurs in a whole range of variants from colourless, white, yellow, pink, green, blue to purple. Hence its name – the Greek word apatan means “to deceive”. This piece offers beautiful blue shades that sometimes smoothly transition into turquoise tones. It usually has a granular appearance. In terms of composition, it is the most widespread natural phosphate.
