Stone description: Apatite is unique for its colour variety and exists in a whole range of forms from colourless, white, yellow, pink, green and blue to purple. Hence its name – the Greek word apatán means “to deceive” in Czech. This piece offers beautiful blue shades that sometimes smoothly transition into turquoise tones. It usually has a grainy appearance. In terms of composition, it is the most widespread natural phosphate.
