Stone description: A mineral named after deposits in the Amazon River basin. Amazonite can shine in emerald green to blue-green tones. Unfortunately, today only a very small portion boasts richly saturated green colours; most stones do not reach such intensity. In terms of composition, it is a rare green variety of potassium feldspar microcline that contains a small amount of rubidium oxide.
About the product: A necklace made of small tumbled chips of amazonite. Thanks to the irregular shape and the variety of minerals, each necklace is a complete original – a great choice for those looking for a casual yet elegant accessory with natural charm for everyday wear. Necklaces are 40-45 cm long and finished with a clasp made of silver-plated tombac. The jewellery contains no nickel, making it suitable even for sensitive skin.
Care: To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend taking it off before bathing or showering and not wearing it during sports activities. The jewellery should also not be soaked in salty or other solutions. Do not use standard silver or gold cleaning products for maintenance.
