Stone description: Spinel occurs in many colour variations – besides black shades, it can also be green, pink, red or blue. In 1779, Belgian naturalist Jean Demeste named spinel after its sharp octahedral crystals. It has great hardness and a high lustre; in jewellery it is used as a more affordable alternative to black diamond. It comes from India. In terms of composition, it is a variety of corundum.
About the product: A beaded bracelet is a timeless classic. This piece is made from glossy 4 mm black spinel beads. It is strung on a double elastic cord and has a length of approximately 18 cm. It is stretchy and fits every size.
