How to Shop
Shopping at the Svět kamenů e-shop is quick, clear and secure. Below you will find a detailed guide explaining the entire ordering process – from selecting products to delivery.

Product selection
Browse product categories or use search and filters (e.g. by price, color, size or type of stone). Each product detail page includes photos, a description and the current price. -
Add to cart
Add selected products to the cart by clicking “Add to cart”. In the cart, you can change quantities or remove items at any time. -
Currency and language
At the top of the e-shop, you can select your preferred language and currency. Supported currencies are: CZK, EUR, PLN and HUF. Prices are automatically recalculated according to the selected currency. -
Login or guest checkout
You can shop either as a registered customer or without registration. Registration allows you to track orders and makes future purchases faster. -
Enter personal and delivery details
Fill in your contact and delivery information. Please make sure all details are correct to ensure smooth delivery. -
Choose delivery method
Available delivery options depend on the destination country. The main carriers are: DPD and Zásilkovna (Packeta), or personal pickup at the store. Delivery costs are displayed automatically in the cart. -
Choose payment method
Payments are processed securely via the GoPay payment gateway (credit/debit card, online bank transfer), or by bank transfer or cash on delivery (depending on the selected country and delivery method). -
Order summary
Before submitting your order, please review: selected products, prices, delivery, payment and the total amount. The summary also includes confirmation of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. -
Submit order
Complete your order by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. -
Delivery and receipt
You will be informed by e-mail about the order status and shipment. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the goods immediately. -
Returns and complaints
