Stone description: Vibrant shades and striking banded patterns – these are the main benefits that make agate a unique stone loved worldwide. It is a variety of chalcedony (a general name for fibrous cryptocrystalline quartz) and, like most others, comes from Brazil. Brazilian agates are porous and absorb dyes in solutions well. In this case, the agate was dyed pink; during dyeing the colour soaks into individual layers with differing intensity, creating beautiful striped patterns on the surface.

About the product: Beaded bracelets are a timeless classic. This piece is made from glossy beads of pink agate with a diameter of 4 mm. It is strung on a double elastic cord with a length of approximately 18 cm. It is stretchy and fits every size.

Care: Do not expose agate to direct sunlight or soak it – the colour may fade. To keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend removing it before bathing or showering and not wearing it during sports activities.
